My experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. The entire building had a weird smell and the floors were not cleaned properly. I also encountered issues with the power going out, leaving my family and me without any access to light or charging for our devices. There was no communication from the staff about the power outage, and we ended up taking showers in the dark. The broken door and unmanageable heat in the room made for an uncomfortable stay overall.

The hotel had an awesome pool area and great seating options for relaxing outside. Just a heads up, breakfast was a bit lackluster, but everything else made our stay fun! 🍕

enjoyable stay with some area for improvement

The pool area was enjoyable for my family. The pizza delivery made our movie night relaxing and contributes to a great family vibe. The staff provided friendly service that made us feel welcomed.

However, the room cleanliness could be improved.

It was just a proper fit for a momentary visit in North Little Rock with incredible value for money. Check-in was extremely easy, and the man at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Make sure to check the room door lock when you arrive.

Had a great time with friends! We explored Pinnacle Mountain State Park and the Central High Museum. The location is convenient, and the staff was friendly. Just a heads up, the room we had could use better cleanliness, and the bathroom light was out. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

My stay was fine and the beds were comfortable. I experienced some issues with the air conditioning in the hallway. It was noticeable when getting off the elevator, and it affected the atmosphere a bit.

Our stay lasted two nights, and while the staff were friendly, we encountered multiple cleanliness issues. I appreciated the spacious King Room, but a late checkout helped us recover from a rough night with maintenance delays. Consider checking the room thoroughly before settling in.

Good place with free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a fitness center. The staff once helped me with plug adaptors. I recommend this hotel for its comfort and service. I'm coming back for a romantic escape.

The comfy beds were a highlight, and the fun family activities nearby, like the big rock park, were great for bonding.

The location was great, making it easy to visit some local attractions. Despite some discomfort with the room conditions, we enjoyed the friendly atmosphere and the convenience of nearby destinations.
